I am down 18.5 pounds and sooooo very ecstatic with my progress. Not as fast as others, but I am me. Yesterday I went to meet with Ana at Kaiser Bellflowers' satellite office and when I got on the scale and it read 293.5, it took so much out of me not to run down the hall screaming of joy.
