I am a real adrenaline junky, and one of my joys in life is going to theme parks and going on roller coasters. I realized that I had to make a change when I did not fit in the roller coaster seat anymore. I hit a breaking point as well when my 6 year old sister and I were at the beach and she wanted to build a sandcastle. Just walking from the water up to our spot on the sand took the wind out of me. I was tired of missing social gatherings and avoiding friends and people that I love due to the depression and embarrasment I felt due to my weight. I have tried almost every weight loss gimmick and product out there, and nothing has ever worked. I knew something had to be done, I knew I had to take control of my future, for my health.
