    Can someone please help. I have a lot of left shoulder pain while eating. I don't know what the problem is .

    I know how you feel. There are days when I can eat a full meal as I did before surgery. I really feel this band is not working for me. I know it is to be used as a tool and not a miracle over night. I just wish I could lose more weight. If any one has any suggestions on a meal plan please email me and let me know . I will greatly appreciate it.:thumbup:
