Hello, My name is Tammy Bomar. I am 37 years old and have been diagnoised with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. I am curious about the Lap Band because I am currently 222 lbs and 5'6, We have tricare insurance and just curious if some one can kinda guide me on getting approved....Please help!!!
