Hello I was banded on 08/31 and was out for a week exsactly. I just took the pain killers the 1st 2 days, I follow my docs instructions and walked from the moment I woke up,by Tuesday I felt perfectly fine no pain. I just weight myself and lost another 10lbs, have lost 25 in the last 3 weeks, 15 during the 2 weeks shakes and 10 the week after surgery so excited. You will be fine, just follow the drs instructions.
