I quit smoking March 2010. It is a very difficult process though I knew it was the start of an emotional strip tease. My husband is VERY supportive of me in whatever I do, he has also stopped smoking.  I use(d) smoking and food to surpress my emotions. Smoking seems to have controlled the "anger" part of my emotion and food seems to control my "sad/scared" part. I met with the Dr. in April and am schd. for surgery on Sept. 23, 2010. I am ready for this part of my lifes journey and plan to utilize ALL of my resources to stay on task with this process.
