Thanks for the friending! I read your blog...don't worry too much, everyone thinks they've 'done something to their band' at least once (or me; several times). I do have to remind you that the time for creating a complication is MUCH more likely during the healing period you're in right now. Bandster Hell sucks, but if you're starving, just remember...TINY meals at this point until your internal stitches heal.
