I looked into Lap Band a year ago, and didn't meet the co-morbidities. I looked into it again, and went for a sleep apnea study. I have moderate sleep apnea, but it isn't bad enough, or good enough depending how you look at it, to qualify for insurance. so, I am going to do Self pay. I go Monday, 16 Aug and may have surgery on 20 Aug, have to find out.
