    I was told I could eat green vegetables during my two week Protein shake diet but I was wondering if Edamame (fresh soy beans) are allowed pre-OP. I have a bag in my freezer and I want to eat it! I'm getting sick of cucumbers, haha. I'm getting banded on Monday. I'm a bit nervous!
