I do thank God that the band is helping to control my food portions, but sometimes I want the wrong things any way. I am praying to make the right food choices, but God knows I am not wanting to. This weekend was really difficult for me, because I didn't go any where this entire long weekend. I had to keep my grand baby so my daughter could work. page 2
