You go girl! That is great that you are already walking that far! I have lost about 28 pounds, but I have a problem with edema which causes my weight to go up and down due to the excessive water. I just left my doctor's appt today and he put me back on a low dose water pill (Maxzide). I want to lose a total of 80 pounds to feel comfortable with myself. People are always saying how great I look, but sometimes I feel like nothing has really changed at all. page 1
