    Bread crumbs??

    marcel ledbetter posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums

    I see a lot of recipes on here that call for bread crumbs. I'm just wondering....is that ok? I'm scared to try it because it is "bread" technically. Also wondering about things like "breaded" baked fish sticks. Thanks in advance.... ML
