I was banded Oct. 14, 2010 and have lost 25 lbs and had 2 fills. Was getting good restriction until last week and all of a sudden I have none........what happened? I go in Monday to get a fill.......can they do an x-ray or something? I have NO restriction whatsoever......I could eat a horse. I feel like something has gone wrong. Has anyone had this happen? I used to feel full after my 1/2 cup and now I could eat 2 cups if I wanted. Last time I had a fill I could not stop PBing and getting stuck so they took out 1/2 cc and now I have none. I am so confused and lost about getting this right. I have also been stuck at 25 lbs for over a month now. Thanks........Pat

I love the show too but it gets pretty ridiculous. I sure don't want to have paramedics standing by with defibrillators when I work out. And I don't think a person has to puke to have a good work out either. By the way, I am kind of new and wondered how do you all get your surgery dates, fill dates and all that other information above your ticker? Thanks!:cursing:

I want to take my algae based fish oil but the pills are huge. What do you all take for that? Thanks:biggrin:

Hello, I was just banded yesterday and seem to be doing ok but I am on clear and full liquids for a week and I am starving. Also I don't even know which incision is the port?? I have 4, 1 by belly button, 1 left of the belly button and 2 higher up. Guess I should have ask but didn't. Anyone else starving on these liquids? I am ready to try a creamy soup even though the nutritionist said no to the soup. :-(

HELP......one day post of and my pills are stuck. What can I do in the future to prevent this or help them go down. Some of them are not crushable

Wow!! I can't wait! Does anyone know if it is dangerous at all to lose this much weight this fast? They say with all the other diets that you should only lose 2 lbs a week. I guess this is different since I haven't read anything about it. Anyone know?????

You are all scaring me!! Wow this thread is discouraging. I am going to be banded on October 14 and I have done tons of research but I am still very confused. I am getting MANY mixed messages. I was told no alcohol and have read several posts of people drinking to excess on the weekends. Huh?? Did I miss something here? Also, I was told that small pills and supplements would be fine and I am reading that everything must be liquid?? Reading also about folks eating all the wrong stuff when I thought that all the wrong stuff is supposed to make me sick?? I really want this to work but some of the stuff on these forums is discouraging :-(. Also the mixed messages are confusing me to the max! HELP

I am also feeling like backing out. My banding is scheduled for Oct. 14 and my family is not all that supportive. They don't get why I can't just stop eating and exercise without this. I am also worried about no alcohol because I like to have a beer now and then. :-(

I know this is not an easy way out but tell me what is the hardest part.......I need to know........I am in the process and just waiting for insurance approval at this point.
