I started taking classes in the gym kingfield house, It's been going good but sometimes I feel that the classes are too much!! I'm stock and having been able to lose some weigt, but how are you doing? WHere do you live?

The first night after my second fill I started coughing, and tought it was just swollen but now after a week of restless nights I got worried and I found this post now I'm freaking out!!!! And it's 5 am I'm sacred that maybe I waited to long for this and now I've might of damaged something, but I don't feel any acid or food taste just really thick slime!!! But its just saliva!!! Stock won't go down or up!!! I have to keep a lot of water next to me because s wake up coughing and chockin!! I'm so scared :cursing:

same here after surgery in may until my second fill I've only lost 2 pounds and pre surgery I lost 13 . My first fill 2.5 cc I felt a little bit me restriction the first sIx days after that it was almost back to normal 6 weeks later I got 2.0 cc more but now I feel really restricted food comes up I felt like I was choking so I tried to drink water and I felt like it made the food float because I Trew It up.... but I don't wanna go and get some taking out because I'm afraid I'll over eat like before, I'll wait and See maybe it's just swolen

wow I'm so happy you are recovering, but this is scary I mean it could happen to any of us, did you find out what started this, or was it just the leak in the port? And how does a leak happen?

He said that about lap-band? And then again what does he really know I bet he is never been fat in his life.... I bought p90x like a year ago I bought It for my Husband he never used it I think he felt offended.. I wanted to do the program but after reading the thing I felt that I wasn't ready for it Or Fit enough ...

I know eating and cooking was my passion, I loved to eat a lot and taste things experience new foods cook for my family, I used to drink about a gallon me water or more each day and now after my second fill I fell a lot of restriction I can't drink to much at a time or eat things that I like, such as sushi grilled chicken toast, I remember that I was happy eating very happy , but miserable being fat, and now I'm still fat and I can't eat... I'm 3 months out and very slowly losing..

I had a barium swallow ame it wasnt't that bad the worse part was the nurse making me stand up by miself after anestecia and not shielding me other than that it wwas jusst thick and metaly tasting

I had my first pb last night after trying to eat some left over mac and chesse, it was Soft but I guess dry. since I felt that I was choking and tIat I needed to drink water which made It worse and I felt it come up

Been there, and it hurt... i ate and ate untill i felt really full, ashamed and disaponted went to bed, but just remember we all have our ups and downs when i woke up the next morning i realized that i had another chance to do good, not like before the band were i would just say ill start the diet back again on monday.. the band is there to help up, so what if you ate take a walk you'll feel better..

I've tried a lot of them too! And I don't like the chocolate flavor to much, my favorite so far is atkins strawberry!! Delicious, Dr wheeler's vanilla was really good too, but the easiest to mix in your food and stuff is beneprotein, I bought it in the little packages and just keep them in my purse I use it in Greek yogurt, sometimes as creamers for my Coffe or hot tea ... the worse I've had was the BARIATRIC advantage strawberry!! I hatef it it was like spicey in my throat.. isopure was ok I still have a lot of them since I don't like them that much they made my kidney hurt ..
