Like most I.m sure have tried everything from personal trainers , Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Food Asddicts Anonymous, Overeaters Anon, Fasting and the like....only to get it all back with more. Finally, my insurance was going to pay for it and at 58 and a BMI of 43 ,it was the right thing to do.
