My starting weight was 275. day of surgery was September 6th I was 265. Today I am 238 lost 37 pounds -
What vitamins are essential after gastric sleeve surgery? And whats a good protein intake. My doctor told me not to worry about protein just fluid intake. I want to get use to getting the right amount of protein I start pureed diet on wenesday. Im 7 days out.
