Thank you very much! I am just now skimming the site for some great recipes for afterwards. I heard the docs do not give you much to go off of. I find out the end of this month though. I see the nutritionist on the 25th. So far everything has went smooth, and fast for that matter. My primary care dr requested me to go there the beginning of July, referal approved and the 22nd I was at the seminar. The 29th was my first appt with the surgeon. Ekg was good, Lab work found out my thyroid meds need to be stronger, and I was way low on Vit. D. Chest xray was great, and I am on my way!! I hope you do great in your journey, and would love to stay in touch!

I jsut started my journey (again) the end of July! Many comolications the first time, and ended up with back surgery instead of getting banded. Now that that is out of the way, bring on the band! A little anxious, nervous, scared, but I am ready! Hope to get to know all of you better!!
