Iam in the process of getting the surgery done. I had to complete 6 months in the bariatric clinic following up with my nutritionist and Iam waiting to she a psychiatrist before my surgerycan be scheduled. Iam on here trying to learn about how it was after the surgery and to get information about foods and what type of exercises works best to loss weight.
