That's my next question, (and by the way thank you so much for your comments), how can you get 30+gms of protein in 1/2 a cup. I am realizing I need much more that 60 a day but can't figure(don't know things to eat to give me the gms of protein I need. I take in 3 days of my eating plan each time I go for a fill. That's how the dr./nurse know I need another fill. I was hoping the last one(total so far is 7.4, ) would be enough, but as long as I eat small amounts at a time and eat very slow, I can still eat anything I want.
