Healthy and happy, i have given up looking good a long time ago. Lol. My hubby is a smoker, i need to stick around and in a healthy way for my kids.
I am trying to learn to eat more. I try to pick foods with lots of Protein. Today For example for bfast i had a Boost Protein shake ( i have never been a bfast eater so this is good), and a cup of coffee with milk n splenda. Mid morn snack i had a serving of chex mix and a sm can of tomato juice, lunch I had a california roll (sushi) and a bottle of Water with sf hawaian punch in it. Afternoon snack i ha d 1/2 an apple. For dinner i made pulled pork, of course i cannot eat any breads so I had 1/4 cup meat with a 1/2 cup of broccoli slaw.
This is a ton of food for me. But i ate slowly to the point that there was not too much time that something was not going in . My liquids i must have 30 min ti 1hr after solids or i get sick.
