I have been overweight most of my adult life. I have tried most every diet available. I may lose a few pounds but they always come back and bring some more with them...lol

I have been thinking of you so much. Happy to hear it went well. The incisional pain can be quite uncomfortable. I am day 8 and doing quite well. Take good care and write more when you can.
