Hi, Jillian. Thank you for the nice comment. I, too, am an RN and think we give give give at work then stoke our own fires of renewal with food. It was a difficult choice, but I switched to a lower paying job, and cut back my hours to relieve some of the emotional issues. The rest was my faithful tool, the lapband.
