Hello, I am a 37 yr old mother of 2 boys. I work on an ambulance and in a local emergency dept. I have had problems with my weight my entire life its been a roller coaster ride for me. I know the key to this is a lifestyle change and a big step for me but I want it more than anything. I want to be healthy feel better for myself and my boys!! I am at the beginning of this journey but look forward to the road ahead!!
