Well a 10 is what we consider someone that if placed on a scale of 1 through 10 with 1 being the ugliest and a 10 being the prettiest would fall under a 10. Hottie is pretty much the same

Hey fellas, So I have lost 103 lbs so far and im 27lbs away from goal. I was just wondering how many people here have developed a healthy eating mentality and get upset at over weight people that stuff there face. My wife gets on me and says that a year ago that was me but what ever I just want everyone to eat healthy now. I get disgusted when I see the portions people in general eat at restaurants and cant believe I use to eat that way.

I agree 100% I learned bad eating habbits from the Army which my Drill Sgt kept yelling at me for eating slow and I just became a speed racer when it came to eating so now I have been trying to teach myself to eat slow and chew more cause like Dave said you only get stuck when you eat fast or dont chew your food. Just take small bites and savor your food instead of trying to stuff your face. -
I went shopping with my girl cousins and was trying on form fitting shirts and there telling me i look great in it and all i see is my man boobs popping out arrg I hate it why cant I see it

You know I think when your sex drive takes a plunge when your not happy with your self and now that your banded your sub consciously happier then you realize and its affecting your sex drive. I know mine sky rocketed as well

Yea the fat around our penis gets smaller by an inch it seems so it makes our penis look bigger. Dr Oz put me on to this

Dude your 100% correct. When I was 330lbs my friend told me that she looks aT me like a brother. I drop down to 265lbs and she's like OMG your looking so sexy and was all over me and now that I'm at 240lbs it's even worse. Women act like it's what's on the inside but they are just as superficial

I lost 30 pounds before surgery because my insurance company wanted me to lose weight at a monthly rate. I lost lost 60lbs with surgery. -
