So I listen to Elvis Duran and the morning show everyday here in NY and they keep talking about this book called 50 Shades of Grey and describe it pretty much like porn with no pictures. My thing is all these women call up loving the book but then they want to act like saints wtf.

Just remember the taste is affected by what we eat sonic he's a heavy meat eater it's going to have a metallic taste to it while people that eat fruits have a sweater taste. Hmmm I wonder will the protein increase because of all the protein I eat lol

I have bought different brands and I have to say Unjury tastes the best but they don't come with the most. The Costco one is pretty good and Muscle milk is just nasty -
