You asked me about Jazzercise... I LOVE IT! It combines cardio with strength training and flexibility so you get everything in one class. Sometimes it depends on the instructor, of course, but it is the only thing I have stuck with as an adult. The most important thing is to move, right? So you just have to find the activity that most makes you want to keep moving! Jazzercise is that for me. Good luck with whatever you choose!!
