so glad today is Friday! Time to get the weekend started!

wow.....i've been away (pc has been down) for a little while and i'm suprised to see the facelift of Lapband Talk! I'm back, down 40 lbs post op as of last Friday and loving life! Thank God! :-)

hi Lisa! trust all's well w/u. I go for my first fill on 9/14 and lord knows i need it. I've been a lil bummed and concerned. i've been eating more (which sounds like the norm) however, i tried to eat my first sandwich about a week and a half ago and had the worst case of "stuck" ever! and every since, i haven't lost anymore weight and notice that i don't feel that "tight sensation" when swallowing. God knows i pray i haven't messed anything up! TTYL and take care hun!

Hi Brinabrina! u look amazing girl! I was banded on Jul-29-10. Headed into my 4th week post op and can't wait for my first fill! I just wanted to stop by and wish you continued success! You go girl!

Today was my 2 week post-op visit and I was down 7 lbs since surgery! yaaaayyyy! So I'm excitedly looking forward to my first fill on September 13th!

Hi girl! So far, everything has been well. I was one week post op yesterday and this morning i was down my first "dime" (10 lbs!) I was so excited. I assume the swelling is going down as I'm noticing that i can take in more than the 2 oz of food they told me to start out with. I'm up to about a 1/2 cup of soup. It's great to have a way to communicate with others who've experienced this!
