So this past Thursday I was really depressed. I had done VERY good on eating and had walked 1 hour or 3 miles each day starting on Monday. Yes, low and behold my Wii Fit says I GAINED .9 lbs! BOY on BOY what a slap in the face. So I was soo tired on Friday that I didn't walk. I stayed in the be most of Saturday and Sunday. When I did get up to eat I ate carb filled foods. Chicken tenders, Whopper on Sunday, Fish with cream sauce and Rice. I never pigged out, just ate until I wasn't full. So I force myself to get on the Wii Fit Sunday night and WOW oh WOW...down 1.3 lbs. WTH! So be it...I won't argue! I'm down a bit... So according to my wii fit I'm down to 255. I acutally didn't tell my manager anything. All I said was I would be out for x days and I've completed my FMLA request. I was concerned that the fmla would be denied because it wasn't within the 30 day rule, but it wasn't. So yea, I didn't say anything. No one even knows I'm out having surgery.

I'm going DOWN!! I love the WII FIT! It's so great. Can't wait until I'm able to do the workouts again. OMG...I'm only 8 days post op and the only thing that keeps me from thinking about going out and getting a burger are dannon Frusion yogurt smoothies. The hungry is bad when it starts. It's a feeling I try to avoid at all costs. Maybe it was just the timing today, but I mean what other options are there when one is in a time crunch? Since my band I have been eating, chicken & Beef broth, WonderSlim shakes, Isopur liquid and Power protien, and Dannon Frusion Smoothies. Initially I was draining the little fruit off the smoothies but today I was like screw it. I'm hungry! And the yoguart is the only thing that's keeping me full for over 1 hour. I mean, it really sucks to make a person who clearly had food issues be forced to think about eating every hour. Arrrrgggg...
