I am 56 years old and have been overweight for the past 15 years. I have high cholesterol, blood pressure and coronary heart disease.  After some recent blood tests it appears that I am possibly diabetic as well. I am having a sleep study done in a couple of weeks due to exteme snoring and fatigue. I have begun the process to have the lapband surgery. My insurance, Aetna has specific criteria to meet in order for them to pay for the surgery.
