I have had a weight probelm my whole life. About five years ago, my father went blind from diabetes. My doctor told me that I am on the same track as my father. I have a five year old little boy and I am 21 so going blind is not an option. I want to live a good, healthy life.I want to finish college, get married, have more children, buy a house, and live the american dream. I can't do that being blind from diabetes. My son deserves a mother who can keep up with him, and can do physical activites. I have tried every diet known to man, and have lost weight but then put it back on. I decided that the Lap Band is the best option for me. I am ready to start my new lifestyle.
