i'm doing good to....still a little soar but usually in the morning is the worse throughout the day i'm doing fine...i started walking outside a little to get my strength back up again....my doctor doesn't have me eating pudding until week 3...i'm so over this liquid stuff...i'm trying to drink as much water as i can in between drinking protein but i get full fast and i'm not trying to over drink but i get super thristy....the smell of food is killing me lol...how have u been doing?
