I am at my heaviest now. I went from 140 lbs 5 years ago- got pregnant- went up to 200. I tried every diet, pill, and service known to mankind- I would loose a little here, a little there, than gain alot back from everywhere.  I decided after my  last baby , weighting in at 275 I was going to get the lap band done. I decided on Flager Hospital in St. Augustine with Dr. Koppman. My date is 8/11/10.  I am patiently waiting. Getting nervous, wondering if the right decision was made.   Flager Hospital was awesome. I especially talked with Kristina, who is in charge of the BCBS insurance. She was very knowledgeable, and quick. I followed all there requirements- believe me at times I was ready to self pay. But I am glad I waited for the approval in the long run. WOO HOO!!
