I am just starting my 8 month post surgery. I am doing ok but a bit disappointed in my weight loss to this point. I have only lost 27 lbs. I am at 5.5 ccs in my band. My biggest issue is that I'm an emotional eater and I've known that for a while - just didn't know that it was such a high level! I'm dealing with it but am really struggling. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
