Hi thereI need some advise.  I am in Canberra and my GP referred me to a Sydney Clinic for the band.Reading all the pro's and cons - it seems like the sleeve is a better option.My Q...Can it be done in Canberra?Price - ie. out of pocket costs as I have medical insuranceName of Dr and if you can send me a pm with the contact details - or anything you dont want to mention on open forumI am really scared....I have a BMI of 32 but I have been on Duromine and other diet medication for 10+ years and I am sick of doing so much harm to my body (sure my GP as well, that is why he suggested the band)Any advice will be appreciated.... I feel so alone..
Oh, yeh, the other thing... if I have the band fitted in Sydney.. can I drive home... will I fell up to driving home from the North of Sydney or should I consider flying there and back?
