I have not went to the doctor yet for the sugery . i o have a appointment with my reg doctor on Aug 9th. I am going to talk to him about the Lap-Band surgery. I just found out that my insurgence covers this so i got all excited. Im so ready to lose this weight  and be able to walk with out breathing heavy. Walk with out my back hurting. When i walk through walmart my back hurts after wards. I wont use any motor cart. I know i need the exercise. I am a truck driver so my eating habits are not good at all. Also i don't like veggies. Only veggies i like is corn, French style green beans and that is about it. Im willing to do whatever i have to to make this work even eat veggies lol. My goal is by 2012 i want to be under 200lbs to go sky diving. I want to go and be able to do things with my 20yr old daughter. I come up with excuses on why i can't do things with her. I have no energy and to just walk a little bit is a killer on my back n breathing. I dont have any health problems even my blood pressure is good.I am wanting to do this not for looks but for health. For me not anyone else. I want energy. I want to do things like ski diving, mountain biking, camping, running, ect. i have so many things i want to do.Im just so excited that my insurance covers this and i may now have a chance to do the things i havent done since i was 13. I know that it will be a big change in my lifestyle and eating habits. I have the good Lord to help me through this. He will give me the courage and will. I want to be able to go to Israel and walk were Jesus has walked. That there would be the most awsomest thing in the world.
