I'm just curious I got my band yesterday no nausea or anything just gas lol and I just eat cuz I need to get something down but not at all hungry wondering how long that will last :cursing: -

I got this new car I love it and i think its so pretty and the seat belt doesnt quite fit :thumbup: the belts arent as long as in newer cars but im still excited anyway and thought I would share even if my seatbelt didnt fit i bought it anyway i figured I would share my car which my goal is for next month being able to get that seat belt on its pretty close! So ill just share

Yea i didnt care about the seatbelt enough to buy the car lol but it will fit soon which is good I love that car drives sooo smooth. Thanks for the support everyone :smile2: -

Ah you got your band when you were young! well im 28 and feel old already... lol You still liking it? How did your weight loss go in those 5 years?

i paid 15,300 for my surgery and first year of fills and the pre op testing and the shrink eval etc. I got mine done in San Diego only did that because the office is like 15 min away from my house so if i have any problems ill but them in person

And now for the side by side picture explination!
I used just plain old paint, You take the photo you want to use and you resize it to a percentage that isnt too big usually like 30% or whatever it takes to get it down to the size you need. save the files after you resize them the way you want as a .png because it saves the picture in a higher quality. Then you take your resized picture and just make your canvas bigger by selecting the side and dragging it out and then click paste and select your other picture you had resized and saved and paste it in there next to each other. Next you can select and crop out the pictures so they will be aligned perfectly and nothing hanging out the side or not being as tall as the other etc. Now then you can put in text or whatever you like and then save as a .png and your done! -

Haha yea nothing to do with the self esteem there I just happened to have makeup on that day i didnt have it the first time because i was at home and wasnt going to go anywhere so i didnt want to have to waste my makeup for some before pictures lol... But i have alot of pictures of me with my makeup on in my hiding the fat album :thumbup: and I will make a picture tutorial on how to make your pictures go side by side -

Well I have Been banded a whole month! I am doing pretty good :wub: Making my video blogs and whatnot.. I go in for a fill in a couple of weeks and im down about 20lbs so im pretty happy with everything! I hope everyone is doing well and timandmich that sounds crazy glad you stayed in their office longer to make sure you had that fill right! my husband is always ready to get out of their building as soon as possible and he always takes me!

That guy was a jerk I would for sure go get someone else's opinion... Doctors hate being told their line of thinking is wrong and this guy couldnt accept your wants/needs so i hope you dont go see this man ever again.. all i can say is god awful! -
Its so exciting when you get it all in the works! I was self pay and i was stressed out till i had everything laid out there...! Good luck with your surgery! and keep us posted with how your doing :wub: Look forward to your posts!

Gained 3 pounds on pre-op diet

i havent really heard of gaining from them unless you are doing like the higher calories shakes ? I lost 6 lbs for my pre op diet (which was only 3 days long... meh) -
My surgery in San Diego Cal, was 15,300 but it comes with free fills for a year and it was at an out patient thing, to be honest i didnt do too much research but i think they did a great job.. I lucked out if i have to do cosmetic tho.. Ill be looking into that alot more deeply
