Unfortunately, I still am bothered by the left shoulder pain. Not as severe or as long but I still suffer with it. I hate it! I go for my second fill on Monday and I can't wait. I still think that my band is not tight enough. I have no problem with eating or drinking anything. And I am getting hungry about 2 hours after a meal. So I am really hoping that the fill will help. You are really doing good! Keep up the good work it will all be worth it!

You are so sweet! Thanks for the tips. Right now I am content to exercise inside my house on my stationary bike. Maybe later on I will feel more comfortable outside. I hope you have a nice trip and see you on Thursday! Kathy

Happy Friday! I was thinking about the walking challenge you have. 1) Wear headphones and listen to music? You will be thinking about that instead of walking by someone. 2) I can meet you on the way home like next Monday and we can walk it together? If we are talking it will be easier?? Just thoughts, email me if you want to try that. Either way, have a great weekend :-).

Well, went to my first fill on Monday. Not bad at all. Didn't hurt at all and it wasn't uncomfortable either. My band is at 5.1 - I still think it is too loose. Food goes down still to easy and I get hungry before my next meal. Boo hoo! Oh well I go back in two weeks maybe I will get it tighter. Does anyone know how comparable 5.1 is?

I had my lapband surgery July 7, 2010 and I have lost about 22 pounds so far. I go in for my first fill on Monday, August 2, 2010. I am a little nervous about it. I have had no problem at all with food going down. No throwing up, etc. I think maybe that my band is too lose to be affective. We'll see on Monday I guess.
