I was extremely miserable when I started the optifast full. I'm on day 9 and still feel bad. I can't wait to be banded next wed. Are you eating any food? I am not! -
I'm banded next Wed and will miss fried fish. I'm miserable on this optifast liquid diet. How is day one of surgery?
