I was banded on Jun 8th and am down 20-25 pounds. However, since my first fill, I haven't lost any weight and fill like I'm constantly hungry. I make myself stop at a certain amount of food but I don't see any loss. Can someone help?

I'm stuck exactly the same - lost 20-25 and now I can't move one pound.... I lose .5 to 2 pounds and then then next day they're right back.......thanks for the advise to kick up my exercise and protein. -

You sound like me......I was banded June 8, I'm down 20-25 pounds and I feel like eventhough I'm eating what I'm suppose to I'm hungry. I was hungry on my first fill and although they told me to drink 24-48 hours after my first fill, I was eating like nothing had changed. BTW - how do you get the tickerfactory put on your responses? -

I started crushing and adding to pudding but now if I can break them in half I don't have to crush them.
