i do the machine at the gym where ur thighs r spread apart...and u bring them in and back out at 130 pounds...i do 5 sets of 20...i also free lift 260 pounds...please keep in mind

i wish i could offer u some advice...but my weight loss included laxatives...and a few tripz to the hospital in the back of an ambulance...i would advice u to not take that route...but i will support u!!!!!!!

i wish i could...but i haven't always lost my weight the healthy way...however u do it will b the rite way....:-)
