Hi Guys I thought it was time to come out and play:clap2: I was wondering how you were going Mark as I have been catching up with Anna via other means of communication. Just like the rest of you my band has a mind of its own, one day I can eat fine and then last night out of the blue, ate too fast and I thought I was going to die:sick only problem is the icecream I had later went down like a treat.I hope you are all being spoilt or spoiling someone today, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY and cant wit to see less of you at bandworks. Hi Mark, Just curious, did you loose any weight? I have 5cc in my 10cc band and due for a fill on the 9th of Jan. I can definitely eat too much in the evening! Cheers Rose:)
