Hi, I was banded on 7-19. I was wondering is it normal to have swelling over the port site...or can anyone else feel their port? Thanks, Kristie

Hi Ryan, I was banded on July 19th. I was nervous too, but it really hasn't been that bad. You will be sore the first couple days to a week. After that for me, it was just following all the instructions that was hard LOL. I bet you will do fine and congratulations!!! -

I was banded close to the date you were. I am still on the liquid phase. What kind of soups do you eat and how many times a day do you eat the soup? I have gotten to where I get hungry.
I hope you don't mind me talking to you....I don't know anyone on this site.
