Hi I was also banded on Monday 4/16 and YES it is alot harder than I imagined and Ive even second guess myself. (whether I made the right decision or not). The shoulder pain is the worst!!! I hate taking the pain meds because they make me nausous with mild headache. But I am committed to my band and the process. This is an end all for me I hope to lose my goal of 100lbs or close, but no plastic surgery, or additional work. Until next time!!
