Wamart have Protein shot they come in the pack of 6 or singles 26g carbs 1ga shot...fruit punch is all i can find here but it beats doing protein shakes whick i cant do, due to the texture. so I do this 2 twice a day butim pre op i have mt procedure this thursday the 18. -

Yea, they have them at the GNC store. The clerk say they are very good it also flushes all toxin out.

Thanks Ladies.. I'm doing just that.. I'm going to be fine just was having one of them days. I have a great support group and they have reminded me on why im doing this!!! I could not ask for more better kids and a great Husband..

My date is the 18th also..So i wishing you luck. I'm ready for the change in my life I have beenover weight for 7 years now and it's time for me to take control.. So again GOOD LUCK next week

I also started my diet on Wednesday.. I'm excited. The only problem im having is getting enough carbs in.. everything I drink has no carbs or 1 or 2 g's at the most I feel well though im getting my proteins in for sure. I'm also down 3 pounds. Not having any craving. Thursday my BIG DAY
