I am three weeks out and starting to get hungry between meals. I lost 11 lbs at my first check-up but none on the second check-up. I was very angry, because I was only eating the 4 oz at bkfst lnch and dnr. But my doctor said I lost 6% fat. So I agreed that that was good.
