Dr. Jay's office sets it up so when you do get ready to schedule just call the main number and ask to speak to a surgery scheduler and let them know you need to schedule an EGD. I am doing mine Saturday, November 13th in Plano. They are emailing me all the info by tomorrow, at least that's what I was told. I'm glad you found out now and didn't get hit with it last minute.
