It is an endoscopic procedure performed by a gastroenterologist. It allows the surgeon to look at your esophagus, stomach and duodenum to detect reflux, strictures or inflammation. They put you to sleep, numb your mouth and throat and stick a tube/camera down your throat. Like I said I found out about it when I went in for the sleeve meeting.
