most of the women in my family are obese. about 3 years ago, i headed in the same direction (my lowest weight was 114) after the birth of my 2nd child. i got up to 175 and was extremely depressed and my weight was affecting my emotional state and my marriage. i vowed to myself and my husband that i would go back to the "old" me. i am an emotional eater and im looking foward to getting my confidence back. i am on my way.
