I am concidering Lap Band, I am a Type 1 diabetic, and have trouble managing my diabeaties due to not being able to control my portion sizes, weigh about 82kg and would like to get down to around 65kg.
My diabeaties doctor thinks this is a good idea, I am trying to get more information to see if this is right for me.
