Yep you can see my port bump. I'm so proud of it, cause that means I have lost weight. If it bothers you that bad, as your doctor about moving your port. Although it is another surgery.

I weigh everyday. I'm the type that if I don't, I will constantly be thinking that I am gaining tons of weight. I also do this in the morning after my shower and naked.

I will also post for yesterday and I was 164 lbs.

I use Syntrax Nectar Protein and it is awesome. I have the Vanilla Bean Torte and the Chocolate Truffle is really good also. I get mine from The Vitamin Shoppe and they also sell it on ebay and amazon.

I was banded July 27th, 2011 and I couldn't sleep the night before my surgery cause I was so nervous. Lapband surgery has changed my life. I can actually play with my kids and they get wore out before me I also have the band with the implication, and I have had no problems.
